Rigged models are characters which have allready bones included, ready to be animated.
Ready to rig models are the same quality models as rigged models, but whithout bones. This models have to get rigged by you.

How do I use the models?
Please take a look at our Tutorials. Here you find answers and descriptions about how to use the models. Do you still have questions or suggestions? Feel free to contact us.
How can I order (a) product(s)?
Go into Shopping Card. Choose your product(s) by clicking on the 'buy' or 'free' button next to the product. When you selected the products, you click on 'check out'. Now you have to fill in your personal data (* fields are required).
A form with your data, the information of the transaction and the General Terms and Conditions of Lavitaz appears. Check the data and read the General Terms and Conditions (use the 'back' button when there's something wrong). With the 'send' button you enter the payment area.
How can I pay?
When you followed the steps above, you enter the payment area.
Our partner for payments is Triple Deal. Triple Deal is part of Conclusion (www.conclusion.nl) en DOCdata (www.docdata.com). Reliability is the most important aspect with online transactions. Knowing this, Triple Deal uses the modernest securetools and incrypttools. This way, you are protected against online-fraud. In practice, online buying with credit card is statisticly safer than buying in a shop, with phone or fax. More information about Triple Deal you will find here: http://www.tripledeal.com.

In the payment area you see the amount you have to pay( in euros), a list of countries and several payment options.

Fill in your personal data and click on 'submit'.
Why do I have to give a Card Verification Code (CVC2) by payments with credit card?
When you make a payment with credit card, you will be asked for a Card Verification Code.
This code you will find on the back of your credit card; the last three numbers of the code in the signature area. This extra, easy question insures you that the cardinformation not can be abused, because this nuber never will be printed. The verificationcode makes sure that the buyer really owns the credit card and not only has got a copy or cardnumber. That’s why these three numbers are not kept on the digital information of the card.
How do I get my products?
When the payment was successfully, you will enter an area where you can download your products. When you click on a product, you see the details and time you have left for downloading. From the moment you bought you will have 10 days for downloading the zip. When you're not able to download for any reason, please contact us (technicalsupport@lavitaz.com) for help. We will answer you in at least three days.
Later on we will also give the oppurtunaty to receive the products by post. On this moment that option is not available.

What will I receive?
Right after we received your payment you will receive a message in your mailbox. Inhere you find a link to your products, a Licence for your products, your invoice and the General Terms and Conditions of Lavitaz. On this site we offer you Tutorials in which you will find technical support.
If you want to know more about the product and it's specifications, you will find it in the shop when you click on the name of the product.
Which information receives Lavitaz of my order?
Only the bank has access to your creditcardinformation. During the transaction Triple Deal checks your cardnumber, the verificationcode and your adress. Lavitaz receives an email whether or not the payment was successfull. When the payment succeeded, Lavitaz receives:
-your name and Firmname, adress, phonenumber, mailadress and order.
Lavitaz will not use your data when you did not give permission to do this. Of course Lavitaz also keeps your data confidential and will not give it away to third parties.

Will I get an invoice?
Yes, we send you an invoice in the same mailmessage with the products, after payment succeeded.
In case you need an invoice by post, you can send a message with your request to: admin@lavitaz.com. The costs of sending are yours.
I don’t have a company, can I buy with you?
No, we only sell products to companies, sorry.
I have problems in the shop. What can I do?
Our online shop is suitable for all accepted browsers.
Still you can experience a problem. Please contact us at technicalsupport@lavitaz.com and we will help you (as soon as possible, but at least in 3 days).

What is VAT (Value Added Tax)?
VAT is a tax that is required to be paid by customers which are located within the European Union (EU). Since Lavitaz is only doing business with companies (that can provide a Tax Identification Number), Lavitaz transposes the VAT to the purchaser. This means that the purchaser has got the responsibility to pay taxes in their country. On your Invoice we draw attention to it.
If your company is not located in a European Union member country, you DO NOT have to pay VAT through us.
